E-mu 1820 - is it worth to buy for 130$ ?

Hi all,

I have oportunity to buy (used? post-service?) E-mu 1820 with 2-month warranty.
for now I have Edirol M16-DX and Edirol UA-1000.

That's my question, because I rarely use these two interfaces at once (due to I have to merge them with asio4all drivers, which are just "better" WDM drivers), and I want to plug in some external processors.

Using E-mu as a main interface and Edirol UA-1000 as a AD-DA concerter I have what I want, but I'm wondering about quality of E-mu converters (ok, SOUND), and I don't know is E-mu multidriver capable (using the same time Sonar and play back on Windows Media Player or using youtube)....

Anyone?
