New Video... over 3000 views so far...

A tune written by Homeboy Buddy Buie who wrote and produced dozens of hit songs for "The Classics Four", "Atlanta Rhythm Section", BJ Thomas, Billy Joe Royal", "The Judds" and many more...

I produced this Waltztime version and arranged a bunch of Photos of old Dothan Alabama... Enjoy...

    Hi Frank,

    Great song and fantastic production. Love those old pics, too. I used to play steel guitar at some club in Dothan...

    Most awesome;

    I couldn't resist Dothan; I have a nursing home in Henry County ... and had a girlfriend there once.

    The Chattahoochee flows through here too? I love Eufalla... And I've spent many days in Dothan. Really a f'ing fantastic sacks part/performance here... Unbelievable mix, vocal performance, it's like dinner at a 5 star restaurant. This is the reason you are my favorite forum musician/poster... Unbelievable, Awesome all the way around.

    Yeah, just amazing work there, Frank.  Great song, top drawer performances and supeb production.  Even some nostalgia for me.  I didn't grow up anywhere near Dothan, but some of the 'Main Street' shots could have been and looked like Main Streets in many places, including some up my way.  Great job.

    3,551 and counting. I've been saying it for a couple of years now. And I haven't changed my mind... "bien au contraire". Music to look up too. Bravo and that doesn't even begin to describe it.

    I echo what others have said.  This is one of the best productions I have heard on these forums.  All the instruments sounded great and performances were spot on...and the mix was spot on.  Awesome!

    Echo the many comments.  Top notch production and beautiful video that matched so well with the also beautiful tune.  Never been to Alabama, but I am feeling nostagic after watching it.
