    But seriously...Mooch is the next to last guy on the right with his hands clasped over the top of his cane.  The real bit of "catching them off-guard" in this photo is Bapu's all too familiar expression (he's the one of the far left) of "why the hell am I in a band with these dimbulbs".  Priceless.
