How are you exporting? BTW the sound card should have nothing to do with it. You don't even need one to export.

Now the most common reason is not exporting the mix as it really is.  This can be because the exporter is not paying attention to what it is they are exporting. The easiest way to export a mix is when in the export dialog one should select the master buss and only that buss.  Do this if you are sure all audio is going through that buss. If not select your main out. If you have more than one main out be sure that all audio is going only to the one main out buss.

The other problem is you may be exporting auido and not audio.

when i export my songs i normaly just get it to how i want it to sound and then i go to file and export the whole template of waves, drums guitar, bass vox and synths , then i take that wave and master it using a master template

ok i came back today with a song and it deffently helps what u sugested , but there is still some sort of isue going on , i can hit play in sonar on this 1 part and the rythem and lead sound perfect, but when i export it the lead is barley to be herd, was woundering if you have any outher ideas, ive tryed almost all of the options in the menu and still no dice , im at a los and it is a major bummer cus i got this song souning good and if i wanted to put it on the internet i would have to listen to it as a wave and mix acording to thantm istead of mixing it in sonar !!!!!

    Questions.....

1 - have you inserted a Master bus which is routed to your Main Outs (Soundcard)?
2 - is every other track and buss routed to the master bus, either directly or indirectly via another bus?
