OT: Everything about speakers?

I know this is not the correct forum for this question but I'm hoping to reach a broader base for responses. Perhaps the moderators will forgive me.

Does anyone have suggestions for any good books about speakers?

I want to learn everything there is to know about speakers/monitors. I want to know about ohms, watts, crossovers, components, wiring in parallel and series, bi-amping, materials used,  etc. I would like a very detailed and informative publication that can also  be understood by a novice on the subject. I eventually want to build and install my own speakers for an electric piano project on which I'm working. I'll install the speakers into the body of a  baby grand piano and I want this electric piano to sound like a real grand piano instead of an amplified electric piano.

I know there will be many opinions about me trying to conquer a project such as this but really what I'm hoping to get is a few suggestions for some good books that will teach me these things I need to know about speakers.

Thanks,
Pete

All I know is it's preferable to have 2 speakers.  Ohm I, Watt is this about bi-amping?

    Two exceptionally juicy reads.

But if you want to get into the subject in depth, reading a general introductory textbook on electronics theory would be a worthwhile preparation. A good understanding of the fundamentals - resistance, capacitance and inductance - is necessary to understand many principles of speaker design, as well as many other audio topics.

If more internet posters understood electronics better there would sure be a whole lot less misinformation being propagated!

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
