Creating a DJ mix in Sonar?

Simple question (I hope!)

I'd like to create a DJ mix ala Armin Van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, George Acosta, Name any DJ! You get the picture.

For those who don't get it, it will involve blending anywhere from 8 to 20 songs together into a continuous mix, beat-matching, etc.

This is not something I've ever attempted in Sonar before, so I'm wondering...is Sonar even the right tool? Is there something out there better suited for this?

If Sonar can do it, do any of you have any tips or tricks? How do I deal with beat-matching? AudioSnap the whole thing and gently adjust BPMs? Are there any amazing plugins I should consider that would help make my mix better?

Thanks in advance!

I am no expert in this area, but I would think something like Sony's Acid would be better suited to what you are wanting to do.  I'm sure Sonar could get you there, but I don't know that it's necessarily the best tool for the job.  However, if you have Sonar, it would be worth giving it a go just to see how far you can get with it.  Good luck!
