digitech RP255 it's grayed out

Hi everyone I just got the digitech RP255.
I'm using sonar x1 (set to ASIO) to record and have the toneport UX2.
in sonar I can't check RP255 it's grayed out.
Can someone please help.
ohhh I don't have a amp at the time is there a program I can play through?

    ASIO driver mode only supports one interface at a time. so you need to chose between your toneport or digitech. WDM driver mode supports more than one audio interface, to see if both of those support and has wdm drivers. If not, use the RP255 as an amp simulator and use its analog outs into the toneports inputs.

    Gonna try wdm Cj As for the toneports inputs your talking the inputs on the back of the toneport? And will that give me a stereo recording? thanks CJ

    You can use what ever inputs that are on the toneport, but make sure their 1/4 or XLR line inputs. Stay away from RCA connections if possible.

     
    And will that give me a stereo recording?

    Mono is one channel and stereo are 2 channels. The DIGI RP should have a mono out that you can use and it shoudl have a left and right out that you can use. As far as using the mono or left and right stereo outs of the DIGI, just use what is best for each preset/situation
