Independence Free - problems re: 32bit - 64bit

I recently finished setting up my computer again, and needed to re-install Indy Free along with everything else.

I have both the WIND32 and the WIN64 installers, version 2.5.4, along with the 8 Content folders.  Normal.

Weird thing is that after a plug-in scan, Sonar 8.5 32bit refuses to see the Indy .dll, but all other versions of Cakewalk I have on here (Sonar 8, Home Studios 4, 6, 7) pick Indy up and it works.  Sonar 8.5 64 bit finds and uses the Indy 64 bit .dll also.

Bummer is that I still prefer to work in Sonar 8.5 32 bit - the one version which isn't seeing Indy.

Is there a known issue--?
