Registry cleaner

 
I Just bought a Dell laptop and uninstalled all there software, is there a registry cleaner thats good, safe and free! Or should I do this by hand, or not worry about it??

    I've been using the FREE Advanced_System_Care which has a registry cleaner as well as a boatload of other included utilities (I think 20 smart tools) that have keep my PC optomized. 

    When running X1 and since I only have 4Gb of ram, I also use Gamebooster which temporarily shuts down unnecessary background processes and increases my system resources (makes a big difference when using multiple synths).

    I've been using CCleaner for the last couple years with good results, no problems.  It also does a great job of cleaning out browser caches and other junk build up points in my system.
