I need a video/guide for 8.5 to get most from it..any recommendations?

I have been using Cakewalk since before it was Sonar. I got 8.5 now and I realize I have been using the same features I learned with 2.2 pretty much and that is all......I really want to master this program so was looking for recommendations on the best book or video to do so. I recall a Sonar Power that used to be very popular before.
Thanks for any help.

Also, I have been thinking on getting X1 but I read many people staying in 8.5 so that confuses me.

    Have you watched any of the 14 videos that come on the installation disk (Sonar 8.5 SE)?

    To be honest no, the last time I did a guide was Sonar power 4 I think or 3....always thought the included stuff was not good enough so i always look for 3rd party material
    I guess it does not hurt to check that too. :-)

    There might be something there you could find useful. And it's free. Myself, I'm task oriented when it comes to learning. I want to do something, then I look that up. That video Thatsastrat posted a link to looks like it's pretty comprehensive. Hopefully it has better sounding audio than every other cakewalk video I've ever seen has.
