Having issues with SPS-66 in 64-bit - driver issues

I finally upgraded and just received my computer from ADK. I decided to go with the 64-bit with Windows 7 professional. Everything was working fine when I was on my old system and running the 32 bit version but now I've loaded up Producer8.5 64 and keep getting this error:

******The following driver(s) either do not support the current audio format, or are in use by another application.

Please choose whether you want to disable them or use them anyway.
SPS-66 Out 1
SPS-66Out2
SPS-66 Out3
SPS-66 In1
SPS-66 In2
SPS-66 In3 **********

When I play my keyboard I'm able to hear everything fine. I'm also able to hear different files from the internet. The simple audio test was performed and it showed that the SPS-66 was in working order as I heard the chimes in both L and R.

I've completely disabled the Realtek audio card and the SPS-66 is now my default.

I just can't get the audio to play back (Demo .cwp files) and I can't seem to get any levels when I want to record sound from my keyboard.

I've tried searching this forum for an answer and while I've found some things helpful, I haven't been able to find a complete solution.

If anybody can lend a helping hand it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

first, if I were you I would have sent Scott the SPS-66 for installing and optimizing it with sonar so that you wouldn't have had to deal with this.  ADK will do that for you (I don't know if there's extra cost or not, but I'm certain it would have been worth it if it were me).

2nd you didn't say if you've downloaded and installed the 64bit drivers or not.  32bit drivers will not work on 64bit operating system, you have to have drivers written FOR win7x64.

Thanks for the reply Beagle -

I did let them know that I had 8.5 installed with the SPS and they told me that they usually did their QA checks with the configuration of the client software.

I did download the 64bit drivers for Windows7 from this site last night.

    Any other suggestions?

Is this something you've ever heard of?

try changing to ASIO driver mode.

    OPTIONS>AUDIO>DRIVER MODE = ASIO
    click OK

I'd also make SURE that your sampling rate on the SPS-66 AND the sampling rate in sonar are both set to 44.1kHz
