Disappearing tracks in arrange view

I think this happened when I double clicked a track.  It expanded to take up the whole screen, then when I sized it back down again, all of my tracks were gone except the one I resized.  The tracks still appear to be around somewhere because I can play the song back just fine and they're all still there in the mixer.  I've tried clicking everything around the arrange window but nothing is getting my tracks back into view.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, unrelated to this, has anyone experienced Sonar loading the wrong VST instrument?  Like, I pick Kontakt from the menu and it loads FM8.  I get this frequently and have to restart the program to fix it.  If anyone knows a better fix, do tell.

    Can't help with the first problem, but I've had the thing where Sonar loads the wrong VST, and as I recall, it happens sometimes when loading kontakt (player). Ususally I just delete the instrument and reinsert it to get the one I originally wanted. I don't need to restart Sonar. Doesn't happen frequently though.

    Disappearing tracks happened to me, too.

    In TrackView-Window --> "Tracks" --> "Show all tracks and busses" brought them back.

    In TrackView-Window --> "Tracks" --> "Show all tracks and busses" brought them back.

    From memory, I think the keyboard shortcut for this is Ctrl + H

    There is an issue when if you hide track in Console View, you CANT ACCESS to it in Arrangement View, but the track is still present in AV. Double clicking to get into Inspecror does nothing.
    The only solution is to make all the tracks in CV visible.

    For me - it's kind of joke, bacause in CV I want to have only audio tracks for mixing, not MIDI+Audio....

    Using the Track manager 'H' in either view will take care of all your problems adrian

    Also, there is an option somewhere (well there was in 8.5) to have track visibility in Track View & console View either synced or un-synced.
