missing piano roll editing tools???

ok ive looked everywhere but nope, no tools anywhere... i searched forum also but i guess no one else has had this prob.. when i click on piano roll there are no, zero, editing tools.. where are they?? thanks.

    Try Right clicking where the PRV toolbar should be, right above the hybrid staff, and selecting RESET.

    Right click in the area where the tools normally appear and left click 'Reset'.

    It looks to me you can't have the tools where they use to be. They are now on the tool bar in the main window but not in the piano view window. Another great improvement if you want to spend time going between windows.

    Any help getting them in the piano view would be great. The above methods don't work.

    What software and version are you using? Would it be possible for you to take a screen capture of your PRV window that shows the missing/misplaced tools?

    I don't think they are misplaced. I think they were designed to be there. I am using sonar x-1 Producer build 184. Thank you for the reply.
