Scroll Bar is Stuck

Does anyone know why my scroll bar at the bottom of my screen in Track View is stuck on the left-hand side of the pane?  When I try to scroll to the right the little button just snaps back to the left.  It wasn't doing this before.  I hope I just accidentally did something to make it behave this way, rather than it being a bug of some kind.

I know this may go without say, but have you tried closing the program and re-opening it? How about restarting your computer?

Sometimes these actions help solve problems like this...

Thanks for the reply vaultwit.  Yes, I've tried closing the program and rebooting my computer.  I actually started having this problem a few days ago and I've exited the program and shut down my computer several times since then.  No luck, though.

Just a little further info -- the problem seems to only be happening in the current version of the project I'm working on.  The scroll bar behaves normally in all other versions and projects.

Is this happening in 8.5 or X1?

Do you have the transport module open in the Control Bar? If so there is a scroll bar there try that.

The transport module scroll bar works fine.
