Last chance to upgrade to SONAR X1 Studio for only $99/£89/€99 ?

I received a scatter gram for Cakewalk to day saying the $99/£89/€99 upgrade price from 8.5 PE to X1 will end on 19th Sept. I was unaware that this price was for limited period. IIRC that was the price since release.
 
If like me you are on the fence it could be decision time. I did not care for the new interface when I tried the demo, but I like it better than anything else I have looked at.
 
 
 
 

Dappa, As upgrades go its not expensive, my choice stay on 8.5.3 for now or upgrade. My real question is will it be 45% more expensive to upgrade come Tuesday, thats whet the email I received implied. I will probably upgrade one day and I might jump now if the price is about to rise.

In the meantime I have found that UK dealer Etcetera is still selling the boxed version for 75 pounds. Even with postage its eight pounds cheaper. I am happy with down loads but the boxed version will make any re-installations easier. win win, cheaper and  you get the media.

Sorry to reply so late. Etcetra is selling the boxed version of Studio for 75 pounds or is that essential.

I DL'ed my X1 and Sunday I will be trading my coins for a DVD then place the install just over 4 gb onto the Disc and put it up in a safe place.

The 75 pound version i refered to is the upgrade from 8.5 to X1 - add postage and packing and its 81 pounds, still  almost 10% cheaper than the download.
