Changing Screensets crashing X1

I created 5 custom screensets, assigned new names and locked them all. I try to change to a different screenset, crash. Not responding variety, but it does release the drivers and I can restart Sonar w/o reboot.

EDIT: I went to screensets 5, where the strips default to wide. I narrow them. Can't switch to any other preset w/o a crash after doing that. My other screensets have narrow strips, and as long as I don't narrow the console view (2nd most used view, need narrow all the time for track counts) it doesn't crash. here's a link to a pic (since I have no control bar to allow me to load an image):

Is it possible my video card can't handle X1?
Thanks, Shep

I'll be surprised if it's your video card, I ran a card for a while with only 128mb onboard memory and that worked fine.

I can't say I've seen many reporting crashes with switching screensets so it may be something unique to how you have them set up. I use narrow strips in the console so I think you can probably rule that out as a cause.

If you haven't already try disabling your floppy controller in the BIOS, even though you probably haven't got a floppy drive. That's a known issue for slow switching screensets and although you're not reporting that but it may help you as well.

I was experiencing crashes when trying to load different screensets but the X1C update has fixed this problem.

I'm also running WinXP32 so you can, hopefully, rule out the OS.
