I'm not positive, but it might even be DVD. the boxed version of MC comes on DVD ever since MC5, so even if you had a CD drive it might not work - but I don't know for certain if the MCLE is on CD or DVD.
but to answer your question - no, it's just not really possible unless you have a drive you can use to install it or if you have access to another computer you might be able to copy all of the files onto a USB drive (if you can find one big enough to hold all of the files) and then install it on your computer from that.
or you might could zip up the contents of the install disk on another computer and upload it to
www.yousendit.com then download it on your computer, unzip it and install it.
another option is to spend $50 on the full version of MC6 and download it from the cakewalk store.
when you do get things working - the samson go mic is better than most USB mics in that you can use it as input and output so you won't have sync problems if you use it that way. but you'll need to hook speakers or headphones up to the OUTPUT on the MIC.
otherwise I do not normally recommend anyone get those USB mics because they can be a real pain with sync problems and setup.
