BUG REPORT:Cakewalk FX Compressor/Gate+FX Dynamics Processor+Side Chain can freeze Sonar

Sonar X1c 64 bit
Cakewalk FX Compressor/Gate plugin
 
Steps
1) Create a Session drummer 3 track
2) Solo Track for playback
3) Insert into the Track View FX Bin, the Cakewalk FX Compressor/Gate plugin)
4) Select Flat Preset
5) Click Reset button
6) I had values: Output gain = 0.0, Attack = 4.0, Expander = 3.0:1, Compressor Ratio= 2.0:1, Release Time = 400.0, Gate Thr -38.4, Compressor Thr = -19.2
7) Click RMS
8) Stereo Interaction (Maximum + Side Chain) = off
9) Bypass = off
10) Play track
11) Click "Side Chain" button several times, say click it once a second or so... whilst playing for a minute.
 
EXPECTED
Cakewalk continues to play with desired effect selected.
 
ALSO
 
Cakewalk Dynamics Processor + Side chain has a similar issue with Side Chain.
 
ACTUAL
 
Eventually....
Effect Freezes
Sonar X1 Freezes
Sonar process needs to be manually killed.
 
(nb Works fine if you leave the side chain button alone).

@48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    This is also reproducable with the Cakewalk FX Dynamics Processor... when clicking "Side Chain".... obviously the same codebase.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.

    I've gone ahead and reported the issue as it is reproducable with two similar softsynths.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
