Theremin

I was at a friends house last night, and he had a Theremin.  I've never played one before, but really enjoyed it.  I'm planning on picking one up soon.

Anyone else have one of these pseudo-musical demons?

Check out the documentary on Theremin (available on Netflix). He was an interesting guy who was once kidnapped by the KGB.

In the video, you will see and hear a virtuoso player named Clara Rockmore. She will inspire you, especially if the only Theremin you've heard was in 50's-era sci-fi soundtracks.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
