My UA4X stopped working

My UA4X Interface stopped playing back audio yesterday any got any ideas  ?

    Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?

    I have the same thing the UA-4fx. maybe look underneith your unit. There are 2 small tiny switches. for switch#1 make sure the input monitor at an (on) position and switch#2 make sure the 48v phantom is at an (off) position. See if that will work.
