problems after reinstall

First can someone tell me where the heck the option is to make the space bar pause instead of rewinding?
 Also, when I open an existing project my undocked things on my 2nd monitor (browser, PRV, etc) pop up for a split second and then dock/disappear. Is there something in prefs I screwed up?

    Sorry, can't help you with the dual-monitor thing, but to change Spacebar behavior to Pause: Uncheck "On Stop, Rewind to Now Marker" in the Track View Options menu.

    EDIT: And whatever default you have set for this, Ctrl-Spacebar gives you the alternate behavior.

    randy: goto motherboards home page and see your chipset drivers are updated for the OS your running..

    Thanks StarTekh, it appears to be the latest drivers (even though they're dated 2006).
    The disappearing undocked windows seem to be an isolated issue since I just searched the forum and found only me asking about it a long time ago. I did something after getting no response to get them to act normally (open automatically) but darned if I can remember what I did!
