Start Twice or Get Glitch

System:
Intel i7 950 @3.07GHz
12.0 GB Ram
64-bit OS Windows 7
Running Sonar X1 in 64-bit
 
Issue: Many projects will have a noticeable glitch 15 or 20 seconds into the song. If I stop and restart the song, there is no glitch. This is very annoying: I have to start songs twice or get a big glitch. Not a good way to present material to someone.
 
Ideas?
