Home Studio has been replaced?

Did I read right? Home Studio has been discontinued and REPLACED by Sonar X1 Essentials. Even Sonar LE & Music Creator 6 have adopted the X1 format leaving no one feeling, well... adopted... anymore. Kinda reminds you of (not so) old times, don't it?
 
Way to go guys!! I think it was a good move, although it may be tough for those who've grown to like the new, now old, Home Studio. I just couldn't get used to it, myself.
 
I'm still using it along with S8S but am thinking of upgrading soon. Let's see now, I can go from SHS7xl to SX1E for $60 or from S8S to SX1P for $200 or both... What to do?! what - to - do?!

    yes, SHS is now an obsolete product and the replacement is X1 Essentials.

    I have X1 producer and think it's fantastic!
