go to smpte

I've been using sonar for years and plead ignorance on this. 

In projects, when I press "G" I sometimes want to go to MBT and sometimes to SMPTE.  How do I toggle?  I do quite a bit of editing for competitive skaters.  

Is changing the global option the only way? Maddening.
