Vocoder in 8.5PE?

Hey,
 
I want to experiment with a vocoder effect in a new song.
 
Are there any plugs included with 8.5PE that will do this.
 
If not, are there any good free plugs out there that will do this?
 
I want to be able to play a chord and have it sound like a voice.
