bapu will you carry me?

I'd like to step away from the tambourine section and talk to one of the fans.

Are you good?

Careful, Mike.  Tambourine afficianados are a different breed.  They're not easygoing like fans of the Cowbell, Glockenspiel, or the Sitar.  Tambourinistas are often divided into three camps, Calf-Skin, Headless, and Minnetonka.  Granted, the last one is a camp that got lost on a nature hike, but I digress.

These tribes will usually set aside their minor differences in order to combat common enemies, including Finger Cymbal fans.  Sure, the Finger Cymbalists tend to be more svelte, limber, and posess an uncanny ability to wear an extensive collection of veils, but they lack the ferver and maniacal devotion of the Tambourine devotees.

The one passion Tambourine's Lunatic Fringe share, is their slavish, unreasoning, and primal love of the Great and Powerful Tambourine.

Tambourine - An instrument so simple and easy to use, even a Vocalist can play it.

Ah, that's a "C" in the word "carry" - wow, for a second there I thought movie night had gone a bit too far...  My bad.
