Exasperated and almost done

This version X1 sucks. i have been with cakewalk from the 12 tones days. I have reinstalled updated troubleshooted till I am blue in the face. Look up my history, I hardly ever had problems until X1. This has to be the most poorly written program you have ever released. I have projects started in X1 and the backwards compatability is not there. Tthe 8.5 songs that I didn't launch in or crreate in X1 have no problems. I have had this for awhile so I didn't write until I understood user errors. I have always promoted Sonar to friends and co workers in the music industry but come on, you have to know how badly written this program is. Windows 7 compatability give me a break. I have lost so much time between learning a new interface and finding out what your programs problems are that I should get to keep the program and be refunded and allowed to bill you for lost studio time.
