PRV Velocity Audition and Velocity Draw Options

I've just upgraded to X1 and installed X1c and was glad to to see that the local PRV snap and Draw tool "Last Selected" were restored in this upgrade. I failed to see an option for "Velocity Audition" or a "Draw Tool" key combination to enable velocity drawing in the note pane as per the previous versions which used the "Draw Tool" + SHIFT combination. The ability to audition while adjusting the velocity is a great convenience and more than just useful and the draw capability was visually far superior to using the controller pane permitting better refinements, both of which I used continuously. Unless I've missed a way to do this in X1c, in which case any HELP would be appreciated, otherwise the current alternatives to these features is cumbersome and slows down the work flow considerably. If these features are missing is there any chance of also restoring them for X1???

    OK spotted the "Velocity Audition" under Customization - Editing (Advanced) MIDI... So far so good - Anyone on the velocity drawing in the note pane??

    I don't think it's possible in the main pane but I could be wrong. Obviously you can in the controller lanes but I guess that's not what you want?

    Thanks for the reply and I think you're right, the note pane velocity line draw was a feature, which I hope wasn't dropped in the bit bucket, just suppressed, as my gut instincts tell me that much of the functionality is still in the code and they've just rearrange the presentation layer to a large extent, barring the new stuff of course, and hopefully also made performance improvements... Regardless I think I'm gonna like X1, although an optional buttons tool bar wouldn't go amiss...
