SOLVED** Scrolling in Prochannel Expanded is working

Just to clear up my negative comments in another post about scrolling not working.
 
Not user error but an error in my laptop's touchpad driver.

    so scrolling in PC works in Expanded, but not in X1C?        in the inspector, rather.

    so scrolling in PC works in Expanded, but not in X1C?        in the inspector, rather.

    scrolling worksin on PC in Expanded, but not X1C.  correct.
     
    one thing that threw me off, tho, was that there are no "scrollbars" on PC, scrolling is by mouse wheel
