Advice for new Music Creator 6 owners

If you are in this forum, there is a good chance that you are a new Music Creator 6 owner.  If you are, I would recommend that you check out your account in the Cakewalk Store, keep it up-to-date, and check into the store at least once per month.  Cakewalk keeps all of your serial number and activation code information on your My Account page.  This is really handy if you need to reinstall.

Even Better...

Cakewalk runs internet specials on a regular basis, and yes, they want you to buy all of their products.  Something that a lot of new users are unaware of though is that Cakewalk often gives things away in the store.  For example, if you go into the store today you can buy the SFZ soft-synth and/or the Square 1 soft-synth for $0.00.  Thats right - you can buy it for nothing.  They also have some really nice audio effects (Cakewalk Audio FX 1, 2 and 3) on sale for $0.00.  All of these are good solid enhancements to your new MC6 environment.  You should download and install them now!

I do not work for Cakewalk and I am not compensated for my opinions by them.  They do offer some real values in the on-line store (not just the regular marketing crap that you get from most on-line vendors).  Take advantage of it.
