Some advice please
I'm going to buy either the Allen and Heath Zed 12 FX USB mixer or the Alesis Multmix 16 USB mixer, any thoughts,or any problems with either.
Thanks
John

I haven't used the A&H Zed 12 but I did used to use an Alesis Multimix 12 (Albeit Firewire)
The main difference is you'll get 16 channels in with the Alesis and only the stereo pair with the A & H. The ZED-R16 that I use is a completely different beast to the ZED-12, with a completely different price tag as well.
I always liked the Alesis although the drivers were flakey until Windows 7 x64 but again that was the FW version not the USB.
Hope that helps a little.

The Alesis Multmix 16 USB (or the newer 'FX' variant) has only 2 USB input channels unless it is the USB 2.0 model, which has 16+2 USB input channels).
