It's the little things that bug me.
Like the Browser, so many little details and niceties that could have been included:
Why can't you drag a folder up to the Top Tab bar and drop it to create a tab?
Why are Templates and Icons nested below Media and not have a Tab? Isn't that something that would be used a lot? (see my first gripe for the solution.)
Why can't you right mouse click a template name and have an option to change the name? Instead, you have right click, go to Properties. change the name in the Top properties box, select OK and come back. Then you don't see a change in the name until you browse out from your current location and then come back.
Why can't you see a graphic of an Icon before you drag and drop it?
Why can't there be a volume control on the audio and midi preview where you can get to it after you suddenly realize the preview bus is wide open? Your $60 competition has a Media Explorer with a volume control, a pitch control, a tempo match with 4 options, the ability to loop a selected section within the auditioned material (midi, rex or audio) and then drag and drop just that section into your project.
FWIW, I like the bi-directional drag and drop added in the Expansion but not enough to pay you for it. Get some people on the Browser and finish it up and I'll be glad to buy the expansion.
