How to insert measures?

How do we insert the measures now with X1? It used to be under insert. I am working on this song and I need new 16 measures part and I can not find how to do it. Selecting and movind each part is too hard. Please, tell me they did not get rid of this function. Thank you.

The main menu at the very top of Sonar "File - Edit - Etc" as opposed to one of the context menus within one of the views.

Since older releases, a few things have moved to the Project menu that don't seem particularly logical, but once you learn where they are, it is no big deal.
