Is there a kybd shortcut to open/close PC?

I finally realized that the buttons at the top of the closed inspector open/close direct to clip/track/PC... Very handy...

Now that I've begun using the PC more, I find opening the Inspector and then needing to switch to mouse to open PC has gotten very old very fast...

I keep finding myself looking for a kybd shortcut to get at the PC that way (kybd)...

I haven't located the shortcut... Is there one? Can it be bound?

The bindings have been so difficult to deal with since X1 that I'm asking before I go nuts trying to do something that can't be done again...
