Inserting space in middle of project

I have a project and want to add a bridge. How would I go about  inserting this in the middle of my project?

i7 930 2.80Ghz processor- 9 gigs tri-channel RAM- (2) 1TB hard drives (7200)-1TB external drive- 24" monitor- Windows 7 (64 bit)- Focusrite Saffire usb 6 audio interface- A pro 500 keyboard controller- Sonar Platinum Professional-Izotope Ozone 7 Advanced - Melodyne Editor-Slate Digital Plugins VCC,VTM,VBC,FG-X,VMR,SSD4- Sound Forge 8- Sony CD architect 5

    Project>Insert Time/Measures - set what ya want, when.
     
    For more detailed info go to Help>Getting Started and type keyword "insert"- at Insert Time/Measures dialog look
    at bottom for "See also:"

    -1 in Track View, Highlight all tracks at the appropriate measure to the end of the song. -2 Drag all tracks to the right to make space. -This can be quick if you A. have a few tracks B. have Track View zoomed out so you can see the whole song. C. have "Snap To" set to whole note or measure.
