Micro Host does not work

Has anyone had a problem with Z3TA+2.1 Micro host  not working.  Z3TA+2 works within X1 ok, but not as a standalone. Any help is appreciated.

Sonar X3b Producer
Windows 7 64 Bit 
Intel I7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHS
16 GB Ram
NVVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 
 
WD Sata 250 GB Hard Drives
E-MU 1820M Sound Card W/64 bit firmware update
ASIO

    Found the problem.  My sample rate was set incorrectly.

    Sonar X3b Producer
    Windows 7 64 Bit
