rig kontrol 2

I know this has been discussed, but I still have no success in install
NI is a broken record - I HAVE all the latest drivers
RK2 will not light up (just a red dash) - I've tried different usb cables & ports
This is for guitar rig 2.2.2.002 on a paviiion G6 runnning windows 7/64
When I do run the rk2 install(2.300) it "says" it's successful, -  yet when I plug unit in  - windows driver install says unsuccessful w/red x - device is unplugged & WDM ready to use!
PS - still hate win7...& it WASN'T my idea - maybe upgrade to pro so I can run xp mode

FML - I just uninstalled then re-installed using older ver. of controller editor - NOW....I ran the rig program 1st...then plugged in rk2 & windows gives me the go ahead....but pedal is STILL inoperable w/no lights @ all!

    I don't have it, so I can't help a lot.  but I thought I'd suggest that you try to install it on an XP machine somewhere and see if it works there.  if not, it could be a hardware problem.
