Arm tracking and EZ drummer

Hi everyone, i am new here, been trying to find something that could dissipate my doubts and although Im sure there must be some information about what I am lkg for , iI just wasnt able to find it..
I am a new use or Sonar producer 8 series, and i am trying to get my first audio tracks recorded together with some EZ drummer track.
It looks like I am able to insert the sinth and get a drum track inserted where several tracks display for the different elements of that drum,  but only one is giving signal, generally the last under them all. I know it is possible to control the different elements individually in the different tracks, but maybe that is not the most important for me at the moment (Advices there appreciated) .
Once i have added a drum tack, i insert another audio track and arm it for the guitar recording or voice or whatever, and when I start recording,  the signal of the drum track is getting into that second track too, along with the new instrument or voice. I have tried everything to fix it , and I just seem unable to.. There must be something wrong either with the EZ settings or the Arm tracking that I am doing.
So very much sorry if this has been posted already or if I should know some basics I have not taken the time to learn, but I thought it could maybe go quicker here..
Thanks a lot in advance to all , and thanks for the help offered in this great forum.

You do know you posted er... nothing...? Apart from the topic title?

Sonar 8.5 PE, Edirol FA-66, Behringer C-1. All instruments in my songs are VSTi's.

what soundcard are you using?  track bleed is typically caused by "what you hear" function of the soundcard.

soundblasters are notorious for this.  you'll need to find your soundblaster settings and turn off WHAT U HEAR

Oh I see, you mean there is a function in the card that you can choose ¨record what you hear ¨right?   I didnt think about that , but Yes, its set like that normally. So you reccomend me to change that for a try.

EZDrummer only goes out of one track until you select multichannel in its mixer.

I guess not necessary multitracking the drums if you wont just touch any parameters in them?  multitracking will affect anything else if i set it up?

if by that you mean you want to record what you hear when you click on the drum kit pieces, you cannot.  it doesn't work that way.  you have to enter notes in the PRV either with a mouse or by recording them from a midi controller.
