Customer Support at the speed of light...

I have to give credit where credit is due. In my first online experience with Customer Support, it took less than an hour to fulfill and to my complete satisfaction...

Kudos to you Lars W. - I am impressed.

Thank you!
jc

Its encouraging to hear when good news and positive feedback is also being generated on this forum. Certainly, there is a continuous commentary of both satisfaction and dissatisfaction being voiced on these forums. And we should not forget to give people credit and praise when and where it is due, because the total sum of user experiences reflects a much bigger picture than any one thread or comment can often relate, demonstrating that Sonar and Cakewalk are providing most of what their customers want and expect.

Windows 7 64 bit, Sony Vaio Laptop Q740, 8 GB, Sonar Producer X1d, Focusrite Scarlett 18i, Korg Pa500, M-audio 61 Radium Keystation. Using Omnisphere, Trilian, Komplete 8, Morphestra, Orchestral Essentials, Evolve, Orange Tree Guitars, Addictive Drums, BFD2, Melodyne Editor, Studio One 2, Ozone 5, FabFilter.
