How to get best results ?

Hi,
I've just got an A& H Zed 12FX desk and now have to use WDM/KS drivers, always used ASIO before so I kinda knew
what I was doing there, how do I get the best results from the WDM/KS.

My settings just now are, in the Mixing Latency part it reads, Buffers in playback queue 2 , now I know that's ok
Buffer size, it has a slider, fast through to safe, what should that be reading in msec and samples ?
Also should the audio driver bit depth read 16 or 24.

Thanks

wdm is 16 bit, is there no asio support for that desk at all ???? as far as wanting to know what the sample number is on the buffer its sample rate dependant, at 88.2 khz, with 64 samples i get 1.5 msc, at 44.1 khz i get0.7 msecs,
