X1 Producer Expanded CAN NOT PHONE HOME!

So X1 Producer Expanded has a new built-in-bug-reporter. Unfortunately, this error happens half the time it tries to report a crash to Cakewalk. (For whatever reason the forums won't let me embed this image so you have to click the link to view it). http://img195.imageshack....20111019sonarpopup.jpg What does this error mean? "Your crash was too obnoxious, silly and unexplained! It does not even qualify to send to Cakewalk!" ?

Please file a problem report here:
    http://www.cakewalk.com/support/contact/problemreport.aspx

And attach the image of the issue with the fault reporter there.

Also, you can find the original crash minidumps by alt + clicking the legal... button in the about box.
File an additional report in the interim with those minidumps attached to the report.  (How one does a manual fault report :) )

    Sorry for the trouble.
    We'll look into it.

"...For whatever reason the forums won't let me embed this image so you have to click the link to view it..." You need to upload the picture to your online storage space, like Box, Tripod etc. and put the picture's URL in the pop-up window for adding an image. RB

I've seen that error with my software at work. Its a .Net Webservice configuration issue. There is a configuration file (web.config) on the client side that needs to be modified to allow larger requests.

    for example:
    <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="10000"></httpRuntime>

will set the maximum request length to be 10mb.
another place it can be configured is in the Machine.config file. The xml tag httpRuntimesection has a maxRequestLength attribute that is defaulted to 4096 (about 4megabytes). That can be modified as well. However modifying that changes the setting for all applications on the machine.
