Can console strips be moved like in S8 and prior?

At first, NO. But I thought I read something here about making it possible but can't find any info now. Nothing in the HELP files either.

    If you mean moving tracks position via the console view, yes. Alt + click drag as long as you are not clicking on a control, etc.
