UA-1G Wont Install

Hey everyone,
 
I recently had a system upgrade (CPU, heatsink,motherboard and ram) and when I booted into windows I could not be heard by other people on voice communications (mumble.) I uninstalled the driver and tried to reinstall it using the 64bit windows 7 driver that I downloaded from the site (the cd-rom I got with it only has drivers for Windows XP, Vista and OS X). When I try to install it says:
 
"A problem may have occured.
 
To install the driver please execute Uninstal.exe (located in the same folder as Setup.exe), and then execute Setup.exe once again."
 
I uninstalled and then it rebooted again. Now whenever I try to install it I get the same error message as I said just above.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
