Can I use a keyboard controller's knobs for the missing Maschine Mikro knobs?

Can I use a keyboard controller's knobs for the missing Maschine Mikro knobs?

I'm leaning towards getting the Maschine Mikro which only has one knob but would like to know before I do if it's possible to use a keyboard controllers knobs for the missing knobs on the Mikro. My keyboard controller plugs directly into my PC's USB port.
