This is, unfortunately, still a limitation in Sonar's implementation of ReWire, and it can only really "see" the main stereo output from Reason.
In practical terms, I would say this is a bit of a bummer for some of the instruments, but in the case of ReDrum, I'd actually recommend having them in mono. I've used it a lot exactly as you describe, and I found having everything mono and doing some slight panning in Sonar got a nice result.
+1...
To get the channels working as stereo above the main 1 and 2 outputs you have to use them as mono channels then pan them left and right and send those pairs to a bus.
So you choose;
Reason Channel 3 (Left)
Reason Channel 4 (Right)
Pan those 100% left and right respectively and create a new stereo bus called Reason 3+4 to send them too.
Repeat for as many stereo pairs as you'll need choosing;
Reason Channel (Odd Number) (Left)
Reason Channel (Even Number) (Right)
After you've set all this up and before you do anything with it save all the tracks as a track template so you don't need to go through the same routing nightmare twice.
As John says though with a Redrum device you can just use the individual mono outputs sent straight to Reason's hardware device and just deal with them as mono tracks in Sonar.
To keep you sane just route odd numbered channels as Left and even numbered ones as Right. Sonar having 3 choices for each channel is a confirmed bug and has existed since at least Sonar 7 as the other choices are either senseless or redundant.
Hopefully this situation will get sorted when this happens;

And if they try to sell it to you as a paid "Sonar Rewired" update further down the line you can remind them it's a confirmed bug fix not additional functionality.
