Ivory 2 Grand Pianos vst plug not showing up in 32 bit mode

The plug in manager is set to scan the folder I've got the Ivory.dll vst plug in ... but though it "sees" it on start up, when running in 32 bit mode, the plug doesn't show up in the list of registered vst instruments. In 64 bit mode, it shows up, and works fine.

Unfortunately, the project I'm working with originated in 32 bit -- and I want to insert the synth into the project. 

Any ideas on how to get Ivory to show up in 32 bit -- or what might be wrong?
