Problem with project not responding

im working on a project, few softsynths, reason re-wired, tracks frozen apart from reason and when i open it and hit play, or go to preferences or hit or touch any parameter, sonar doesnt respond, and just hangs, i suspect the files might have became corrupt somehow, any one else had this happen ???................windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, q6600, 4gb ram, maudio delta 24/96
