EZ Drummer Midi Wierdness

I created the drum parts for a project and froze the synth.  I unfroze the synth to make a couple changes in the midi and EZ Drummer would not play back properly.  It was like it was missing a bunch of notes even thought they were all showing correctly in PRV.  It would play some but not all of the notes. So I played around with it, couldn't get it fixed, and said heck with it and just inserted a new EZ Drummer and copied and pasted the old midi track into the new one; still not playing all the notes.  ( I alos deleeted the first synth EZ Drummer to free up space).

Now to make matters worse, I even tried to just start from scratch and drag new groove clips right from EZ Drummer to make a new track...but it still only plays some of the notes.  Other projects seem to be working ok, it is just happening in this project. Help

which version of sonar are you using?  which operating system?  what soundcard and which driver mode?

are there any particular notes that are not playing or is it random?  do you have the quantize function on?  or any other MIDI FX?
