Waves Voucher question--Sales office is closed

I see that Waves has a special that if you purchase a selected bundle of $199 or more you get  a $200 voucher; if you purchase a $99 plug-in you get a $100 voucher.

I tried to call WAVES, but I live on the West Cost but the Waves sales office closes way too early for me.  [[Don't they know that many working musicians don't get up at their 9-5 ET schedule?  Rant, rant, rant.]]

So here comes my questions for you experienced WAVES surfers on this forum:

If I/you get let's say a $200 voucher, I understand that it can only be used one time toward 1/2 of a bundle or 1/4 of a plugin, and any amount left over from the voucher can not be used toward purchase of another plugin.

BUT Can one use the $200 voucher for the purchase of multiple plug-ins as long as they are purchased at the same sale/instance?  Could I use $25 of it for one plug-in, #25 for another, etc. up to the full amount of the voucher, as long as it is used only once to purchase those multiple plug-ins at the same time?

Sorry to make this complicated, but it is WAVES after all.  And I haven't even started complaining about the ILOK2 problems with Firefox.

Any thoughts on the use of Vouchers?  Thanks
