Has anyone else had problem with ua-25ex usb inport on back simnply becoming loose ?

 I treat my recording stuff very well but the usb port on the backside of my ua-25 interface started to become loose but it still worked but now it will not work at all!!Its not even 6 months old?!Can I fix this myself,does roland care?heeelp please

    seriously no response come one,??Any chance roland will do the right thing and fix it for me since it is 5 months old?
